Your scores stay with you.

Information in the game

Neon League stores scores, completed levels, stars, recent runs and settings on your device. The game does not use accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking or a server to collect this information. We do not collect personal information through gameplay.

The daily spotlight is calculated on your device using the UTC date. No daily scores are uploaded.

Purchases

Apple processes the optional Full Circuit purchase. The app uses StoreKit to verify purchase status on your device and restore access; we do not receive your payment card or billing details. We do not send purchase transactions to our own server or link them to an app account. Apple handles payment and transaction information under its privacy policy. Purchase status is separate from local game records, so resetting scores does not erase a purchase.

Sharing is your choice

If you choose to share a score, iOS opens its system share sheet. The scorecard image, score, level, challenge seed and challenge link are passed to the destination you select. Challenge codes do not contain an account or personal identifier. We do not receive the shared scorecard. The destination you choose handles it under its own privacy policy.

Storage and deletion

You can clear local records from Settings → Reset all records. Deleting the app removes its local data. Device backups and any restoration are managed by your device and Apple account settings. There is no Neon League account or server record to delete.

Contacting support

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to respond and investigate your request. We do not use support messages for advertising. We retain correspondence only as needed to handle the request and any applicable legal obligations. Email us to request deletion of support correspondence.

Please avoid sending sensitive personal information. If you send beta feedback through TestFlight, Apple processes that feedback under its terms and makes it available to us for testing and troubleshooting.

This website

This support website does not contain advertising, analytics scripts or a contact form. Hosting and email providers may process technical information needed to deliver the website and your email. These website and support interactions are separate from the game’s offline storage.

Changes and questions

We will update this policy if the app’s data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current policy.
